SPECIAL NOTICE: Grecian Imports will be closing its retail store by the end of 2012, and converting to an online only business. Food products are being phased out first (although some basics will stil be available), followed by the remaining product lines. Products such as party favors, candles, witness pins, religious goods, jordan almonds, tulle, and related products will be available through a new business named wordlygoods.CO (Please note - NOT .com, rather .CO). This new site is under construction, but active. Remaining inventory will be liquidated at substantial savings over regular prices. Online shopping for some products is still active, with most transactions being handled by Wordly Goods.

Regular Business Hours: Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM Central time or Saturday between 9 AM and 4 PM.

Ordering:

We are currently in the process of closing our brick-and-mortar retail store and transitioning our business to a new website/business named worldlygoods.co (note: it is NOT .COM, but .CO).

If you see an "Add to Cart" button next to the item you want, you can buy the item online. If not, you will need to give us a call at 414-771-3480 during our regular business hours or Fax your order to 414-727-9186.

FAX ORDERS: 414-727-9186. Fax orders must include charge card information including full name as it appears on the card, expiration date, card number, the type of card MC/Visa/Amex/Discover, the card security code, and the billing name and address for the card; plus the address of where items should be shipped, an email address and/or a daytime phone number where you can be reached.

Shipping:

Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays for in-stock items are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days. If this is not possible, we will inform you when the order is placed.

All packages are shipped via UPS, USPS, or other carriers from our West Allis location. Typically we use UPS services (e.g. Next Day Air, 2^nd Day Air, 3^rd Day Select, or Ground). We also offer shipping via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail, Express Mail, or other postal services. Most UPS Ground packages will reach your location within the 48 contiguous states in at most 4-5 business days, but usually quicker if you are closer to our midwest location. Priority Mail packages typically arrive in 2-3 days. We ship F.O.B. from West Allis, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. Common carrier shipping is also available for large orders. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses and to any point on the planet where UPS or mail delivers.

Shipping costs will be determined by the type of service you request, the weight of the package, and the dimensions. Your location relative to ours is also a cost factor for shipping. If we are shipping to a commercial addres using UPS, a slight discount may apply. 3rd party UPS billing to commercial accounts is acceptable.

Perishable Items:

Perishable items (such as cheese) will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Priority Mail, or Express Mail and only to a location where someone will be present during the day to sign for the package (especially during warmer months). It is preferred that orders for perishable items not be placed on Friday – please order perishables early in the week. Shipping of perishable items during warm weather is strongly discouraged and will only be done at your own risk.

Payment Methods:

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. International orders incur a international transaction fee of $6.50.
