	Greek Feta Cheese from the Barrell (packed in brine) This is our favorite feta, and quite possibly the world's finest, made from sheeps milk, and aged and cured in a wooden barrell. It is distinctively sharp with a peppery after taste. Since wood breathes, the character of the cheese is quite unique when compared to pre-packaged fetas. Made from cow's milk right here in our home state of wisconsin, this cheese is well balanced in its flavor and always fresh tasting. Its neutral flavor makes it an excellent choice for cooking things like spinach pie and omelets, plus it is awesome on salads. Its low price is also nice on the pocket book. 	Mytzythra Cheese (Dodonis) Made from sheeps milk, this is a very hard and very salty Greek cheese intended only for grating. A key ingredient in many Greek dishes. Very similar to a pecorino romano but more intense in flavor and therefore requires less to achieve the same effect.
