How to order . . .

Because of the complexities involved with preparing party favor orders, candles, and florakia, you will need to call or email us to work out the details of your order. If you have seen something here on our site that appeals to you, you can order by item number. Any revisions made to basic designs will likely result in a price change to adjust to the different materials used. Every order is made custom to each event and designed to suit your individual tastes, color schemes, and budget. Once a basic style is chosen, we can alter that style, snap a digital photo, and email it to you. We continue to adjust the item until you are happy with the design and the price.

Pricing . . .

Prices listed for party favors are prices for items purchased in quantities of at least 50. Orders of less than 50 pieces will result in adjusted prices. Significantly large order quantities of at least 250 or more, may result in even lower prices if our manufacturers charge us less for items used.

Prices for materials such as candy, netting, flowers, ribbons, cards, etc. are firm regardless of quantity ordered. Grecian Imports chooses to use the highest quality materials available when building party favors, florakia, and candles. For example, we only use Super Fine Jordan Almonds and top quality Italian tulle (netting) when constructing our party favors, because we believe that quality results in happier customers, repeat business, and many new clients.

Any and all prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice, but are deemed to be accurate as of the time they are posted. Incorrectly listed prices, if any, will not be honored.

Samples . . .

We do not send out samples of our custom designs until an order for specific items is placed AND a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is placed on the order. We apologize for this harsh stance, but we've had many people order samples only to steal our designs and make their own based on our creativity, or worse stole our designs for their upstart businesses. So please understand, we have many unique approaches to making our designs based on our 36 years of experience and will not provide samples until a deposit is placed.

When to order . . .

In stock items, such as stefana ship immediately. Candles usually ship the next business day. Items that need preparation, such as party favors and martirika, whose materials are in stock, usually can ship in about a week (very large orders a bit longer). If we need to order materials to complete your order, this will typically add at least a week to our prep time. In general, we recommend ordering as soon as possible to allow for affordable shipping and just in case a package gets damaged or lost (very rare, but does happen), to have enough time to receive a replacement. As always, we recommend you plan ahead as far as possible, especially if ordering large quantities.

How do we ship . . .

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our packages. Because of the difficulty involved in packing party favors, florakia, and candles for shipping, a nominal handling fee will be included in the shipping costs. We insure all packages for their full value, just in case. This insurance is not optional.
